Avalokiteshvara said: "Whatever there was no thought in mind, this is a manifestation of the unborn, unchanging nature, it does not differ from the Mahamudra. Whatever the thought may arise, if you just save the state of Mahamudra, then its very origin and nature is emptiness." It's so simple that you sometimes find it hard to believe. As soon as there thought, watch it, and it dissolves - and that's all. Sometimes you do not believe that is very easy, very easy. We are waiting for something extraordinary: "It must be very difficult, especially." You have no idea, how easy it is. We need only observe the mind, any thought arises - and it dissolves. Then just keep this state. Meditate. All that we need - this is the continuous awareness and mindfulness. |
